Do I need Travel Insurance?
We strongly recommend you get travel cancellation and out of province medical insurance.
What VISAS do I need?
VISA Requirements change dependent on multiple factors. Upon booking with Question Travel you will be sent all the information needed to enter and exit the destinations you are visiting. Canadian citizens can find more information here.
Will I have "free" time while on group tours?
You are in control of your tour with Question Travel. We hope you participate in the offered activities but you will have plenty of time in between to explore.
Can you meet my dietary requirements?
Dietary supplements and alternative meals will be offered as available. You will receive more information in regards to what is available on your tour upon booking.
Will I have to share a room?
Sharing a room costs you less but we understand you may want your own space for a variety of reasons. Most of our tours have the option to supplement a private room.
Are flights included?
Flights are not included in the listed price but we would love to book them for you. Once you select your tour we can get you setup with the best flight deals from your departure city.
What kind of accommodations do you use?
We use a variety of accommodation types from guest houses to hostels dependent on your tour package.
How much time do we spend traveling in vehicles?
Each tour is built so you spend minimal time travelling by vehicle. Real adventure doesn’t happen from the seat of a coach bus.

Can I get a refund?
Your deposit is non-refundable and any refunds will be processed dependent on the amount of time until departure.
Cancellation with less than 30 days until departure: 100% of the paid booking is forfeited.
Cancellation with 30 to 60 days until departure: 50% percent of the paid booking is forfeited.
Cancellation with 60 to 90 days until departure: 25% of the paid booking is forfeited.
Cancellation with 90 or more days until departure: 100% of the paid booking is refunded minus deposit.
